No “Cardio + Yoga class” in this April

Please be informed that there will be no Cardio + Yoga classes in April due to a studio schedule conflict. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Dates of classes in May are currently being adjusted and will be announced as soon as it is fixed.

Regular yoga lessens will be done upon request as usual. I am looking forward to seeing you soon!

How to get to the studio for group lessons

Here is the way to get to the YogaPoint Singapore studio. Hope this helps you to join the fun.

From Outram Park MRT Exit H, walk towards the iconic green and yellow People’s Park Complex building on New Bridge Rd.

Go strait, and you will see a sign of Duxton Plain Park and Hindu temple in the back.
 

Along the temple, take Kreta Ayer Rd.

Kreta Ayer Rd is between the Blk 333 building in your left and a white-walled shophouse building at the corner.

The entrance of the studio is just behind a bus stop, opp Blk333.

Cardio + Yoga class

I am delighted to inform you about new group classes. They are going to be in collaboration with my friend, Shannon who is an aerobics instructor. You can enjoy both cardio and yoga in one same class!

The cardio part will be conducted in English and the yoga part will be in English and Japanese. Anyone is welcome! I hope to see you there soon.

Venue: YogaPoint Singapore
5min walk form Outram Park MRT Exit H. The studio is on the 3rd floor of a shophouse building and I recommend to use your baby carrier/holder if you are coming with your baby.

Located in the opposite side of Kreta Ayer C.C. and in front of Opp Blk 333 bus stop for bus 80 and 145.

Fee: S$25 each (promotional price for limited time only)

Things to bring::Active wear, towel for perspiration, drinking water, baby toys and snacks, and any other if needed

* The studio has a strict no outside shoes rule because of the natural wooden floor. Please bring indoor gym shoes or yoga socks if needed.
* We provide yoga mats for use at the studio.
* Babies and toddler-aged children are welcome to attend with you but always under your supervision, please.
* Please be responsible for any accident/injury of yourself and your child(ren) while participating. Practice comfortably and do not push yourself too hard.
